Administrative Coordinator
Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible, self-starter to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in the day-to-day operations of our center. Our ideal candidate is a dependable, punctual and independent worker whose primary responsibility will be supporting our leadership team.
Part-time position: 15 to 20 hours a week
Monday to Thursday: 10/11:00 AM to 3/4:00 PM
Rate: $16 to $18 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Office Operations & Administration: Overseeing daily procedures, organizing meetings, monitoring the phone/messages and central email account, managing records retention activities, interfacing with technology support.
- Facility Management: Managing office space, ensuring maintenance is performed, coordinating with vendors/contractors and monitoring health and safety compliance
- Supply & Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of office and facility supplies, ordering supplies as needed
- Administrative Assistance: Providing administrative assistance to the Directors and bookkeeper in the form of processing invoices, verifying appointments, entering data into the donor database, managing Petty Cash, maintaining the shared drive, printing and mailing materials, coordinating volunteers

Qualifications:
- High School Degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Canva are preferred
- Technical Proficiency
